Field Trip to Deer Lagoon Preserve

  • Deer Lagoon Road Trailhead 47.998615, -122.493195 (map)

Welcome back our bird friends that have returned to Deer Lagoon Preserve for the winter. We hope to see all kinds of waterfowl including wigeons, pintails, mergansers, geese, scaups and shovelers just to name a few!  We also will be looking along the trail for returning stars like Fox and Golden-crowned Sparrows. This on top of the resident birds we enjoy year round. Please bring scopes or binoculars if you have them.

Trip leader is Carlos Andersen. This trip is limited to 8 people. Please register below.
